Remember, while our team's here to lend a hand and help you get the most out of these platforms, it's not a fully offloaded service, especially fi you are managing large accounts or marketing budgets. You or another member of your team will still need to be the main account manager. We're here to train and answer any questions you might have.

Slack Connect is a fantastic tool that we use in our Academy to simplify communication and collaboration. Think of it as a digital meeting room where you can add an unlimited number of team members. This tool lets everyone in your team chat, share ideas, and work together in real time, no matter where they are.

To make sure you get the most out of our group coaching and to ensure we provide the proper support for your brand, brands joining the Academy need to tick the following boxes:

• Own a website (e.g. Shopify, Wordpress/WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Kajabi etc.)
• Established some product-market fit
• Earning less than $100K per month
• Business communication is primarily in English
• Respect others and appreciate our mentorship
• Exhibit willingness to learn and adapt
